Built-in protection

The LBX B incorporates three independent protection systems: electrical overload, internal overtemperature and short circuit. Runs unattended without risk of damage to the pump or connected assembly.

Büchner funnel vacuum filtration, benchtop rotary evaporation, SPE manifolds, small-scale vacuum distillation and any setup requiring clean, stable vacuum on a continuous basis. Compact footprint allows bench placement alongside the instrument — no floor space required.

Advantage over oil-sealed pumps

No oil means no lubricant changes, no oil mist in the vacuum line and no suckback risk on power loss. Maintenance is limited to occasional inspection of the inlet filter — nothing more.
