PTFE Immersion Ladle with Extensible Stem, Steel Core, 600 mm
In stock
PTFE Immersion Ladle with Extensible Stem, 600 mm
Immersion ladle for use in chemically aggressive media. Beaker-style container and stem are constructed entirely in PTFE — resistant to concentrated acids, bases, and solvents. Base unit supplied with container and one 600 mm shaft.
Stem Construction
The threaded stem incorporates an internal steel core for mechanical rigidity. Steel is fully encapsulated in PTFE — no direct contact with the bath, no risk of metallic contamination. Threaded connection allows additional shaft extensions, available separately, to be fitted without special tooling.
Specifications
- Material: PTFE (full encapsulation)
- Stem core: Steel, fully encapsulated
- Stem length: 600 mm
- Container: Beaker-style
- Connection: Threaded, screw-fit
- Extensions: Available separately
Typical Applications
Concentrated acid baths, oxidising media, and any application where metal or glass components are ruled out on chemical compatibility grounds. Commonly used in synthesis, electroplating, and surface treatment laboratories.
Modular System
The 600 mm shaft extends via screw-fit additions — no special tools required. Base unit is the starting configuration; total length is set according to bath depth.
